UGO is the nationwide brand for providing freephone services - it puts companies right where their customers are. It means that customers can call when they want to without worrying about remembering a number or having to pay for the call.
UGO works by linking a regular source of customers such as a supermarket, hospital or entertainment venue with a company that those customers might wish to use. The customer makes a free call from a dedicated phone installation at the store (or club or hospital or pub or university hall of residence or wherever it might be) which links them to the company which provides the service.
