Who we are
UGO is operated by Transport Innovation, we have been working with freephones and taxi and private hire cars for well over 15 years. Which means that we have over 1,000 cab companies with over 20,000 taxis, cabs and private hire vehicles already working with us.
Transport Innovation manages all aspects of the service, we deal with the taxi and private hire firms who provide the services, arrange the telephone line, install suitable freephone equipment, such as a UGO Freephone or UGO Infoboard, and maintain the facility so that it won't let anybody down.
We work in partnership with supermarkets and companies, organisations and authorities of all sizes and types, indeed our business is based on partnership working. Transport Innovation provides solutions that make life easier for the public as well as taxi and private hire operators.
